Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) is a form of economic empowerment initiated by the South African Government to distribute wealth across as broad a spectrum of the South African society as possible.

Decti is a founding member of the Association of BEE Verification Agencies (ABVA) and has been one of the founders and secretariat to the South African Mining Preferential Procurement Forum (SAMPPF). We render services to the mining, engineering, construction, agriculture, automotive, finance, leasing and transport industries, as well as to multinational clients.
We encourage and assist corporates and companies to obtain BBBEE verification and certificates. Having your business rated on the BBBEE scorecard improves the likelihood of it seizing vital opportunities as it is more and more becoming a prerequisite for doing business in any sector.
Collectively our clients have a procurement bill of R84 billion and progression of our clients in terms of preferential procurement improves substantially each year. We manage the preferential procurement data, measurement and communication to more than 48 000 suppliers of our clients.
In rendering transformation, consulting and project management services, we empower our clients to focus on mobilizing the poor and previously disadvantaged to embark on efforts of self-help and education, instead of merely providing social welfare.
